They came out twice over two years and managed to keep my 16 yr old unit running until the bitter end. Joseph came out and really tried to save it, but alas her number was up! He explained everything so clearly, using heart metaphors like “ you can’t put a pacemaker on an already dead heart”, or something like that. It actually became so funny that it eased the bad news of having to replace the whole unit! I advise calling them first, and saving yourself the stress of wondering if you’re getting a fair deal. Bought through E Smith years ago. I have paid regularly for their premier service agreement. When my ac went out years ago during the oppressive heat of summer in GA they were here within an hour. My ac unit is now 17 years old and running great thanks to constant maintenance with these guys. Their service people are knowledgeable and helpful as well as fully capable of keeping my baby alive for hopefully another 10 years or so. Can't say enough good things. I called because of two months of excessively high electric bills on my heat pump and am satisfied now that the issue is not with the system, but due to other factors which I now know how to address.
