Considering the COVID-19 pandemic, we thought we would share an update on what’s happening at E. Smith.

• We are open for business.
• The office is staffed and ready to answer your call. We are practicing social distancing in the office and part of our office Team is working remotely.
• Technicians are in the field performing maintenance and repair services for all our customers. We have initiated new field service protocols to help keep you and our Team members safe.
• Our Sales Team is available to meet with you to discuss system replacements and upgrades.

Guidance from the Department of Homeland Security states that HVAC workers are a part of the Essential Infrastructure Workforce and therefore, our plan is to continue to be here to install, service and maintain your systems for your comfort and safety.
