This replaces the outdoor condenser and indoor evaporator coil while keeping the existing furnace — the option when cooling has failed but the heating side is still sound. The Performance™ variable-speed tier includes an Ecobee 7 thermostat; Infinity® tiers include the Infinity® Touch Control.

Furnaces are priced by model rather than by tonnage. All run on natural gas at 80% AFUE. The Superior Infinity® + tier uses the same modulating furnace and the same prices as the Most Popular Infinity® tier.
